1. Service Overview & Independence

KuchinaServiceCenters.com operates as an independent service portal connecting customers in India with skilled appliance technicians. We are not an official brand service franchise or authorized repair network of Kuchina Appliances or its manufacturer.

2. Doorstep Inspection & Quotations

A nominal visiting and diagnosis fee applies to doorstep visits. Following on-site inspection, our technician provides a transparent quotation detailing spare parts and labour charges. Work commences only after the customer approves the estimate. If the customer proceeds with repairs, the visiting fee is typically adjusted into the final invoice.

3. Spare Parts & Replacement

We supply high-grade, compatible replacement parts engineered to match original appliance specifications. Where original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts are unavailable, tested high-durability compatible alternatives are installed with customer disclosure.

4. Service Warranty Terms

Replaced functional components carry a 30 to 90 days replacement warranty as specified on the issued service receipt. The warranty applies solely to the specific part replaced and does not cover physical damage, electrical surge burnout, water damage, or tampering by third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Technicians exercise due care during disassembly and diagnosis. However, we are not liable for pre-existing internal fractures, aged glass stress failures, or manufacturer design defects in the appliance.
